If you are trying to log in and an you get the the error message "Incorrect user ID or password", try the following.
- Check that you are using the email address you have registered with EGN. Some members have registered with one email address but have since switched to another.
- Double-check that you are typing your password correctly. Check that you do not have CAPS LOCK turned on.
- Try to change your password.
- Get in touch with EGN and we can investigate further.
