There are two ways to change your password:
Method 1: Request a password reset email
If you need to change your password because you have forgotten it or this is the first time you will access the Members' Universe, click the "Get a new password" button on the login page.
Then enter the email address you have registered with EGN. Shortly after you will receive an email from membersuniverse@egn.com.
Click the link in the email and create a new password.

Method 2:
Change password from the profile settings
To change your password when you are logged in, go your member profile and click the Edit icon.
At the bottom of the right sidebar, you will find the Change Password button.
Type in your current password, then write a new password twice. If you don't know your current password, log out and use Method 1 described above.
