If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please check these steps:

1) Doublecheck your email address. Make sure you typed in the email address that you are using for your EGN account. Get in touch with EGN, if you are unsure which email address to use.

2) Add membersuniverse@egn.com as a Contact in your email client. This sends a signal to your organization's email server that you trust the sender.

3) Submit your email address one more time to generate a new email from us: https://membersuniverse.egn.com/forgot-password

4) Use the search function in your email client. Search for “membersuniverse@egn.com

5) Check your junk mail folder.

6) Contact your IT department and ask them to locate and whitelist emails from membersuniverse@egn.com. The sending IP address is 50.31.60.202.
