If you are not receiving email notifications from EGN Members' Universe, please try the following:
1) Add membersuniverse@egn.com as a Contact in your email client. This sends a signal to your organization's email server that you trust the sender.
2) Use the search function in your email client. Search for “membersuniverse@egn.com”
3) Check your junk mail folder. If you are using Outlook, also check the "Other" folder.
4) Contact your IT department and ask them to locate and whitelist emails from membersuniverse@egn.com. The sending IP address is 50.31.60.202.
