Get the most out of it. We encourage all members to take an active part in our community. By this we mean asking for input for your professional challenges as well sharing your own experience and relevant content such as articles, research, book recommendations etc.

Keep it professional and respectful. This is a professional community where we treat each other with respect and help each other succeed.

Don’t share false or misleading content. We welcome an open sharing of opinions but be careful that the content you share in Members’ Universe isn’t misleading or inaccurate, including misinformation and pirated content.

No selling! Members’ Universe is not for advertising of products and services. Therefore, EGN reserves the right to remove posts if they are not considered relevant knowledge-sharing without personal gain. You may promote a non-EGN event if it is considered beneficial to your fellow peers, not if it is an event that only your organization will benefit from.

Do not post job openings or posts looking for a new job. If you have a job opening in your organization, have a look at the list of members that are between jobs to see if there are any relevant candidates.

Don’t spam. We don’t allow what we qualify as spam when repeatedly sharing the same comment on a post or similar.

Post in the right places. Posts that are obviously posted in the wrong group or forum will be removed with a message to the author and a guide to post in the right group/forum.

Protect private information. All information you share is your own responsibility including personal information such as telephone numbers, e-mails and addresses. Questions in “Ask the network” can be made anonymously if you do not want to share any information about yourself.
