In EGN Members' Universe, there are different group types:

PEER GROUPS
The Peer Group is your closest group of peers in EGN. The Peer Group is managed by your EGN Chair who facilitates the Peer Group meetings.

In EGN Members' Universe, your Peer Group will always appear at the top of your Group List.

Note that you cannot opt out of email notifications for posts in your Peer Group. This is to ensure that you don't miss information that is important to your membership experience.

MEMBERS' UNIVERSE COMMUNITY
In the Members' Universe Community you will find groups of members across peer groups based on geography, professional field or area of interest. Examples are:

EGN Sweden (geography)
Global HR Forum (professional field)
AI Forum - Connect & Learn (area of interest)

Apart from this segmentation, groups in the Members' Universe community can be one of the following types:

Open Groups
Open Groups are groups that can be freely joined by any member of EGN.

CREATE YOUR OWN GROUP
If there is a certain area of interest or a professional segment of members that you think deserves its own group in Members’ Universe, let us know.

To have a group created, ask your Chair or use the contact function in Members’ Universe. Describe the group and who could benefit from its creation.
