If you are trying to log in and an you get the the error message "Incorrect user ID or password", try the following.

  1. Check that you are using the email address you have registered with EGN. Some members have registered with one email address but have since switched to another.
  2. Double-check that you are typing your password correctly. Check that you do not have CAPS LOCK turned on.
  3. Try to change your password.
  4. Get in touch with EGN and we can investigate further.
